biosci

the challenge:

to create a logo for the NAIT biosci club. all three branches of the biological science program (lab and research, environmental sciences, and renewable resources) had to be represented within the design.

the solution:

 
the four different colours represent a different element; water, earth, air, and fire. each of the biosci branches study the manipulation of these elements within the globe, shown by the circle encasing each colour.

this second image was not chosen, however, i thought it still worthy of a mention.

the colours used represent the four elements: water, earth, air, fire. the intertwined sections represent both the infinity sign and also incorporate both of the letters “b” and “s”.
